Summary: The role of the Field Team Manager is essential in the unification and organization of Therapists in the Verbal Beginnings In-Home department. The Field Team Manager is a strong leader in the field who is responsible for the performance and outcomes of therapist-level staff as well as constantly evaluating the efficiencies of the field processes as they relate to the job responsibilities of the therapists. The Field Team Manager will oversee the Field Coordinator position.

About You:

  • Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university
  • 2+ years’ experience in a leadership/supervisory position
  • Strong business operations background
  • Experience in healthcare operations
  • Experience training new leaders
  • Experience managing remote teams

As a Field Team Manager, you will:

  • Oversee supervisory activities of the Field Coordinators;
  • Manage administrative processes including but not limited to scheduling, billing, team assignments, and dissemination of company policies and procedures;
  • Participate in interviewing of new staff;
  • Track performance metrics of therapists and Field Coordinators;
  • Track and analyzing therapists’ promotional growth;
  • Monitor employee engagement and turnover rates;
  • Develop new and refining current processes and systems as they relate to Therapist and Field Coordinator responsibilities;
  • Troubleshooting barriers when goals aren’t met;
  • Work collaboratively with the clinical team, leadership team, and administrative teams;
  • Coordinate field events;
  • Support onboarding of new staff;
  • Develop strategies to meet regional goals;
  • Make data-based decisions to achieve goals through optimal performance;

Verbal Beginnings is a BCBA-owned and operated, BHCOE & ACQ accredited autism therapy provider serving children diagnosed with autism. Verbal Beginnings works closely with families and schools to provide quality behavior intervention services to children 2-18 years of age diagnosed with Autism Spectrum Disorders as well as other behavioral and developmental disorders. With the belief that each child can learn, Verbal Beginnings promotes independence and improves the quality of life for children with developmental disabilities through a custom treatment approach based on the principles of Applied Behavior Analysis.
